The Capilano University Faculty Association has been working with members to demystify the collective agreement's language about Regularization for faculty members at Capilano University. We are supporting a group of non-regular faculty to form a Non-Regular Committee. This committee is comprised of Capilano Faculty and is in the process of setting Terms of Reference and gathering resources. We hope to have resources shared among various platforms including the CFA website and the Capilano University Human Resources website. In the meantime we can share recently developed resources by email.
