In October, the CFA launched a climate survey to gauge faculty's satisfaction with Cap's working environment. The survey link was sent to all regular and non-regular faculty members. Of the 35 per cent who responded, 65 per cent were regular members. The initial, quantitative results have been compiled and can be viewed here. More time is needed for the qualitative comments to be thematically analyzed and presented, but they too will be available in the next few weeks.
Part 2 of the survey, which focuses on work and workloads, will open in late November.
